Cancellation and Refund Policy?

  • All ticket sales are final and only refundable up until 2 weeks prior to the event or if Trip Protection is purchased at checkout. Trip Protection allows guests to reschedule or receive a refund in the event of cancellations made by Jersey Shore Cruises staff due to severe weather.

  • Our vessels are well equip with rooftop coverage and will operate rain or shine, but cruises may be canceled for unsafe weather conditions such as severe storms, high winds, or strong currents. Because weather can change quickly, we closely monitor forecasts and make all safety decisions in real time.

  • If Jersey Shore Cruises must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances (like mechanical issues or marina closures), guests will receive either a full-value credit voucher or a refund to their original payment method only if Trip Protection was purchased. Passenger safety and customer experience are always our top priorities.

Trip Protection

READ CAREFULLY!

Our Trip Protection is the perfect option for all our customers that are worried about cancellation of their cruise due to severe weather. If you add this on to your reservation, you will have the option to receive a full refund instead of a raincheck for the price of your tickets in the case of cancellation initiated by OUR STAFF due to severe weather. This protection DOES NOT cover any other cancellation. All other cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy fees.

  • Standing on any furniture, bar tops, or coolers will not be permitted. We all known elevated surfaces and drinking alcohol do not add up!

  • Absolutely no jumping off the boat unless it is approved by your captain! Anyone that jumps off will be subject to a $1000 fine and the boat will immediately return to the dock and the cruise will be cancelled.

Where do we park?

Please review your confirmation email for directions on where to park. If you can not find us please reach out to us via phone for further direction.

When should we arrive?

We ask that the full group arrives 10-15 minutes early. Please be aware that if we have to wait for anyone before departing, that time will cut into your trip.

Do I have to sign the waiver?

Yes, we ask that everyone signs the waiver before boarding or on their phone at the marina. We will have the option to sign the waiver using a crew member’s phone before boarding. You will not be allowed to board the boat until the waiver is signed.
